The THBA is a building academy that trains students in the complete building process from the ground up. Including most aspects of the residential building trades on a smaller scale. It is designed to extend the training received from other building academies such as the Richmond YouthBUILD and RichmondBUILD Academy as an extension to the curriculum.

This platform not only provide a training ground to train students in the building trades, but also provides safe, decent and affordable housing for the working unsheltered.
