This service includes producing the development documentation needed to package and submit for approval and permit issuance
Planning & Permit Processing
The THBA is a building academy that trains students in the complete building process from the ground up. Including most aspects of the residential building trades on a smaller scale. It is designed to extend the training received from other building academies such as the RichmondBUILD Academy as an extension to the curriculum.

Our services include due diligence, site inspections, architectural design & drafting, while efficiently navigating the permitting process and fund control.
We go beyond the residential planning, design and permit processing to offer job training programs like the Tiny House Building Academy.
We're innovators, known for 'ReCycled Housing,' an eco-friendly and energy efficiency renovation approach known as 'Attainable & Sustainable Homes' (ASH). ASH employs the Building Performance Institute, (BPI) performance based energy retrofit model to insure that buildings are well tested, sealed and insulated for maximum energy efficiency and performance.
Lastly, our active participation in the National Minority Community Reinvestment Cooperative, (NMCRC), underscores our commitment to reducing poverty and creating wealth opportunities for all through homeownership and job training.
